Jeff Davis Parish Detectives are asking the public for assistance in identifying the person shown in this photo. 

On January 15, 2019 at approximately 10:20 p.m. in the area of Hwy 99 in Welsh, an individual pulls up to a vending machine at a local business.  The individual, driving a GMC SUV, shakes the vending machine for several minutes until the machine’s door opens.  The individual removed approximately $50.00 in change from the machine.
