Also today around noon, deputies were dispatched to 7257 China Cemetery road, Elton for a domestic disturbance. The complainant advised deputies that her boyfriend had been abusing her and she wanted him removed from the residence.
Deputies arrested Gabriel Lawrence Delome, 40, of 4257 China Cemetery road, Elton on charges of Domestic abuse battery, violation of protective orders and warrants for two counts of contempt of court.
