On December 6, 2022, Deputies were dispatched to 27134 Kings Farm Road, Kinder, in reference to possible trespassing. Deputies had investigated an incident the previous day for a male subject that was evicted from the property.
The complainant was reporting the male had returned to the residence. Deputies entered the home and as they entered the living area heard a male's voice call out.
Justin Rolin Marcantel, 35, was inside the home. Marcantel was arrested and booked into the parish jail for unauthorized entry of inhabited dwelling, Entry or remaining after being forbidden, and resisting an officer.
