Two arrested in Tractor theft

Jefferson Davis Parish Sheriff's detectives made two arrests yesterday in reference to the theft of a tractor from locations near Welsh.  A John Deere tractor was recovered. 

Tyler James Theriot, 24, of 18045 Hwy 99, Welsh was arrested and booked on charges of 1 count criminal damage to property and 1 count of unauthorized use of a movable. 

Winston Fear, 29, of 1307 E. Russell Avenue, Welsh was arrested and charged with Theft, 1 count criminal damage to property and 1 count of criminal trespassing.

Both are held in the parish jail with no bond. Additional arrests are expected in this investigation.
