Traffic stop results in fugitive arrest

Jeff Davis Patrol deputies stopped a vehicle on Hwy 90 and Monger road for seat belt violation Monday evening August 19th. 

When deputies spoke with the driver, he could not produce a driver' license or identification.  The driver gave a false identity to deputies and later was identified as Bobby Ray Spratt, 39, of 312 East first street, Crowley. 

Spratt had outstanding warrants for Felony Theft in Crowley.  Spratt was arrested and booked into the parish jail on the outstanding warrant. He was issued citations for no seat belt, no driver's license.
