On August 18, 2023 Detectives from Allen Parish Sheriff's office and detectives from Jeff Davis S.O. arrested William Ray Oquinn, 49, of 17215 Emery lane, Kinder, La for simple burglary.
Oquinn was arrested for the theft of items from a residence on Ike's road, Kinder on August 16, 2023.
