Suspicious vehicle nets two arrests

Early Friday morning deputies responded to suspicious vehicle parked at Bayou Mart in Lacassine during closed hours. Deputies identified the individuals and discovered two had outstanding warrants. 

Dillon Isaac Kelly, 27, of 20 Freckles lane, Everton, AR was wanted out of Arkansas for resisting an officer and possession of CDS.  He is held without bond for extradition. 

Hector Martin Gutierrez, 19, of 607 Baw Cow street, West Monroe, LA was arrested on outstanding warrant by US marshall's Office.
