Stolen Items Recovered

The Jefferson Davis Parish Sheriff Office received a complaint of a Theft that occurred on May 5, 2014 at a farm on LA 26 North of Jennings.  The investigation led deputies and detectives to Acadia Parish where 2 horse saddles were recovered.  During the investigation detectives located video footage of the perpetrators seen near the complainants farm. Detectives located the suspect and recovered two saddle blankets and a horse bridle.  The suspect, Terry J. Lemaire, 52, from 611 Dear Park trail Lafayette was arrested on charges of Felony Theft and booked into the Jefferson Davis Parish Jail.
