Stolen car recovered

On August 29, 2022, deputies were dispatched to Peto's Truck stop, Roanoke, in reference to a stolen vehicle.
Deputies met with Welsh police on a disabled vehicle call when they discovered the vehicle was reported stolen from Lake Charles.
Vondrika Lynn Thomas ,21, of 1716 Rena street, Lake Charles was arrested for illegal possession of stolen things and booked into the parish jail.
