Sheriff's deputies and Elton Police serve warrant

On October 4th, 2018 deputies with the Jeff Davis Parish Sheriff's Office and officers with Elton police department executed a search warrant at 312 Buller St. in Elton, LA.
An ongoing narcotics investigation led authorities to the residence. Upon execution of the search warrant, subjects wanted by deputies were not present.
During a search of the residence deputies discovered methamphetamine, , pills, marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and rifles inside the residence. Deputies also discovered power tools and other items that are possibly stolen. The investigation is continuing and deputies expect to make several arrests from today's discoveries.
