A fugitive was arrested yesterday, June 23, 2022 by deputies assigned to the Sex Offender watch program. ]
Richard Woodrow Nenigar, 62, was booked into the parish jail for Failure to register as sex offender or child predator (Absconded).
Deputies las contact with Nenigar was on August 26, 2021 at Holiday drive, Jennings. Nenigar was advised to report his new address within three(3) business days to deputies. Deputies received no contact from Nenigar after August 26, 2021 until his arrest.
