Sex Offender arrest

Jefferson Davis Parish Sheriff's Office made an arrest Monday on a Registered sex offender in violation. Dustin Hayes Johnson, 27, of 2425 Legros road, Jennings, was arrested for LSA R.S. 15:542.1.2 Failure to notify address change.
Deputies received information that Johnson was staying at an residence in Lake Arthur and had not reported his move to authorities. Deputies obtained a warrant for his arrest on the violation and he was picked up Monday afternoon around 3 pm. Johnson is being held in the parish jail with a $10,000 bond.
