Sex Offender arrest

Jeff Davis Parish Sheriff's deputies arrested a registered sex offender Monday. Deputies assigned to the sex offender watch discovered a Tier I registered sex offender reported an address on Grand Marias road as his official residence.
The mobile home at that location had no utilities and neighbors advised no one lived there. Deputies located another address for the offender on Sheridan street in Jennings, LA. Deputies were advised when they visited the Sheridan street address that the offender moved out several days before.
Deputies obtained a warrant for Terry Joseph Landry, 31, for failure to register and notify as a sex offender or child predator. Landry was booked into the parish jail with no bond.
