Road closure and Burn ban reminder

Notification of road closure.  Jefferson Davis Sheriff's office has Elton Drive closed between Bucklin road and Tupper Road for the next two days while farmers are pumping water into a field.  Deputies are on site to keep traffic out. 

Also, a reminder of the continued burn ban in place according to the parish police jury in Jefferson Davis Parish.  Which includes the ban on fireworks.
