Recovered stolen vehicle

On June 9, 2019 Deputies stopped a vehicle recently reported stolen. Deputies observed the vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed on LA 102 near Bobby road.
The vehicle was stopped on Carver and Snow streets in Jennings. The occupants, Meshanda Lashae Alexander, 33, of 1923 Carver street, Jennings and Rodney Jalin Boudreaux, 44, of 335 Calcasieu St Lake Arthur were arrested and booked into the parish jail. Alexander is charged with Theft of a motor vehicle. Boudreaux was charged with illegal possession of stolen things. Both are held with no bond.
