possession of firearm by felon

On Wednesday, May 10, 2023, Deputies were dispatched to the intersection of Farm Supply Road and Sandy Hill Road, for a report of a vehicle in the ditch.
Deputies located the driver, Dustin Shane Moseley, 40 at his residence 7252 Sandy Hill road, Roanoke and returned him to the scene. A rifle was located outside the vehicle in the ditch.
Moseley was arrested and booked for possession of firearm by felon. The vehicle was removed from the ditch and released to Moseley's brother.
