Patrol arrest in disturbance

Jefferson Davis Sheriff's patrol units responded to a disturbance call at a residence this morning around 9:30 at 19475 Highway 383, Iowa.  The complainant advised the son was causing a disturbance and forced the elderly relative out of the home physically to drive him to town. A protective order was already in place from previous incidents.

 Jeremy Chad Vincent, 45, of Iowa was charged with violation of protective order, Home invasion, simple battery of the infirm, simple criminal damage to property, and resisting an officer. Vincent is held in the parish jail with no bond.

Vincent was arrested previously on May 23, 2018 for  simple battery of the infirm, domestic abuse battery and Theft involving the same family member as a victim.
