New Release Traffic stop nets Two arrested on drug charges

 JDSO Patrol unit stopped a Chrysler 300 last night around 9:30 pm on North Lake Arthur Avenue, Jennings for a traffic stop. The stop resulted in the arrest of both occupants for drug charges. 

Jude Patrick Busby, 36, of 707 West Jefferson Street, Jennings, LA was charged with Possession of CDS I, Possession of CDS II, Possession of CDS IV, Possession of drug paraphernalia, Possession of a firearm in the presence of CDS, expired license plate and lights around license plate defective.

Harold Lee Arceneaux 35, of 703 West Jefferson Street, Jennings was charged with  Possession of CDS I, Possession of CDS II, Possession of CDS IV, and Possession of drug paraphernalia.

Deputies seized a Raven Arms handgun,approximately 2 lbs. of marijuana, 12 grams of cocaine, .06gr of Heroin and 3 grams of methamphetamine.

Busby is incarcerated in the parish jail with a bail of $50,000.00. Arceneaux is incarcerated in the parish jail with a $40,000.00 bond.
