Narcotics arrest

On April 11, 2023, Detectives with the Jefferson Davis Parish Sheriff's Office executed a search warrant at 1011 West Nezpique Street, Jennings, LA.
Upon execution of the warrant, Detectives located Charles Woods and two other adults, along with two juveniles ages 2 and 5 in the residence.
Detectives completed a search of the residence where they located a plastic bag of pills identified as Schedule II Hydrocodone and a purple grinder.
Charles Lee Woods , 33 , was booked into the Parish Jail the charges of Possession of CDS II, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Illegal Use of CDS in the Presence of a Minor along with his 2 outstanding warrants for Distribution of CDS II (Fentanyl).
