Loose Calves found

December 29, 2021, Deputies were dispatched to North Lane, Ragley, in reference to loose cows. Deputies spoke to the complainant who reported two black calves on her property had been roaming the area for several days. Sheriff's office Livestock patrol responded and captured the calves. Both calves have ear tags.

 

The two calves were hauled to the Kinder livestock barn. If anyone has information on the owners of the calves, please contact the Sheriff's office at (337) 821-2100.
