Lacassine Man Arrested for Video Voyerism

Tuesday Jefferson Davis Parish Sheriff Office Deputies responded to a complaint from the mother of a 9 yr old child who was videotaped bathing by a family friend. Seth James Richard, 25 of Lacassine was charged with LA RS 14:283 video voyerism. During interview, Richard admitted to setting up his cell phone to video in the bathroom prior to the 9 yr old entering to take bath. Richard was booked in the parish jail with no bond.
