Hunters discover body of missing Jennings man

Hunters found the body of Lee K. Lantz 20, of Jennings near a hiking trail in Houssiere Park today. Sheriff's detectives and the coroner were called out to the scene. No signs of foul play were detected. The victim died of a self inflicted gunshot wound. The victim was reported as a missing person Friday, by family members to Jennings City Police. Jennings Police and Jefferson Davis Parish deputies were searching for the victim throughout the weekend. |
