Jeff Davis Sheriff's patrol arrested one fugitive wanted out of Calcasieu Parish Sunday.
Constance Rashall, 76, of 1301 West Magnolia Eunice, LA was wanted on outstanding warrant for conspiracy to introduce contraband into correctional center.
