On Friday August 19, 2022, deputies arrested fugitive wanted, for Failure to register as sex offender.
Mario David Mata, 35, of 911 Gallup Street, Jennings was arrested and booked into the parish jail. Mata has been a fugitive since 2000 when he was released from jail and failed to register his address as a sex offender.
