Domestic disturbance arrest

On Saturday May 6, 2023, Deputies were dispatched to 20109 Dewolf Road, Iowa, in reference to a disturbance in progress.
The victim had locked herself inside her vehicle at the residence. When deputies arrived, she reported that her boyfriend had grabbed her by the hair and threw her to the ground, kicked her and sprayed her with water from a water hose.
She was able to get into her vehicle and lock the doors. She said the boyfriend broke the windshield and the side mirror off the vehicle.
Deputies arrested David Kirk Bebee, 52, for 3 counts Battery of a dating partner and simple criminal damage to property.
