Domestic Abuse disturbance arrest

On September 24, 2023, at 8 pm Deputies were dispatched to 12236 Pousson Road, Iowa, in reference to a fight.
Dispatch advised responding deputies that two males were fighting. When deputies arrived, several individuals were seen fighting on the ground. Deputies separated all parties involved. Alcohol was apparent with all parties present.
Deputies learned the fight was over the dating partners arguing and one throwing the others car keys into the wooded area.
Both individuals, Matthew Ryan Daigle 25, 815 First Street ,Jennings and Zachariah James Deville, 22 of 24025 Newcomer road, Iowa, were arrested and booked for domestic abuse battery, drug paraphernalia, and possession of marijuana 14 grams or less.
