Domestic abuse arrest

On September 7, 2023, Deputies received information a fugitive was in Lake Arthur wanted on several charges by Jennings Police department.
Deputies responded and located the fugitive on Calcasieu Avenue, Lake Arthur.
Sebastian Lyn Hanks, 30, of 3285 Cleopha road, Jennings was placed under arrest without incident. Hanks was booked into the parish jail on warrant number 47081-6 for Domestic Abuse Battery Aggravated Assault, Attempted Aggravated Arson, Terrorizing, and Criminal Trespass.
