Disturbance arrest

On Saturday, April 22, 2023, Deputies were dispatched to 1013 Grand Marais Road, Jennings, in reference to a disturbance in progress.
The complainant reported that a neighbor attempted to run her over with his truck. Deputies determined from statements and physical evidence that a vehicle had run into the complainant's yard and damaged a flower bed and tree near where the complainant was standing.
Garland Orillian Deshazow, 62, of 1086 Grand Marais road was arrested and booked into the parish jail for 2 counts aggravated assault, criminal trespassing and simple criminal damage to property.
