Disturbance call leads to arrest

On Monday evening around 9:30 pm Deputies were called to 15368 Hwy 26, Jennings in reference to a disturbance.
When deputies arrived the parties involved gave statements that were conflicting. Video surveillance cameras captured the incident and deputies arrested Nicholas James Istre, 27.
Istre was identified as the aggressor and was impaired. Deputies charged Istre with Unauthorized entry, Disturbing the peace by intoxication and simple battery. Istre was booked into the parish jail with no bond.
