Criminal Mischief charge

On Saturday, March 7th, deputies were dispatched to 7376 Jeff Davis Road, Iowa on a criminal mischief complaint.
A caller made four separate calls to the 911 emergency center and would not answer questions. The male caller would only make short comments and stated he wanted to take a ride.
When deputies arrived at the residence they spoke to a female who advised her fiancé had been smoking marijuana, laced with PCP and was hallucinating.
Deputies arrested Charles Ray Stevens, 32, of 7376 Jeff Davis road, for criminal mischief and transported him to the parish jail for booking.
