Carnal Knowledge of a juvenile arrest

Jeff Davis Detectives arrested a 19 yr old Ragley man on warrant for carnal knowledge of a juvenile Monday August 19, at 2:00 pm.
The incident occurred on August 11, 2019 at 5233 Topsy Bel Road. The victim, a 15 yr old female reported inappropriate contact to deputies.
The victim was taken to Lake Charles Memorial hospital for examination.
On August 19, 2019 detectives met with the suspect and questioned him. The suspect admitted to having inappropriate contact and was charged with Carnal knowledge of a juvenile.
Jeremiah Kaleb Lockhart, 19, of 5233 Topsy Bel road was booked into the parish jail with no bond.
