Auto theft recovery and arrest

Tuesday, May 11, 2021,Deputies were dispatched to 3304 North Frontage Road, Jennings, Louisiana, in reference to a stolen vehicle.
The victim reported when she woke up her vehicle was gone. Deputies searched for the vehicle and entered the stolen vehicle into NCIC computer.
Today, Wednesday, May 12, the vehicle was spotted and recovered by deputies. Benedict James Holland, 38, of 302 Orrin street, Lake Charles, LA was booked into the parish jail for unauthorized use of a movable and simple criminal damage to property.
