Arrest in Trailer theft

Jefferson Davis Parish Sheriff's detectives made an arrest yesterday on individual involved in the theft of a trailer.
Philip Charles Richard, 54, of 15224 Highway 102, Jennings, LA was booked on charges of Theft, Unauthorized use of a movable, Possession of drug paraphernalia, and Obstruction of justice. Richard was involved in the Theft of a utility trailer and contents valued at $6,000.
He is being held in the parish jail on a $5,000 bond.
