Jefferson Davis Parish detectives followed up on a complaint, discovered a 19 year old male had inappropriate contact with a 13 year old juvenile female. Joseph Lee Poncho, 19, of Travis Lane, Elton was arrested and charged with Felony Carnal Knowledge of a Juvenile. Poncho was booked into the Jefferson Davis Parish Jail. No bond listed at this time.
