Jefferson Davis Parish Sheriff Warrants division with assistance of State Police Troop I and St. Landry Sheriff Office served arrest warrant on Holly Richard, 34, of 946 Johnson Rd, Ville Platte, LA.  The arrest warrant was for Contempt of Court on original charge of Possession of CDS II Cocaine. Richard was booked into JDSO jail with no bond.
