Armed Robbery

Jeff Davis Sheriff's deputies responded to a call Saturday night January 12, 2019 around 9:00 pm of an armed robbery at the Dollar General store located at 21286 Highway 26, Jennings.
When deputies arrived the store employees advised the robber was a black male, wearing a blue handkerchief around his mouth, black pants and a black hoodie jacket. He robbed the two employees at gunpoint and left the store in a maroon colored truck. The store manager reported the robber got away with $1,533.90 in cash.
