Jeff Davis Parish Sheriff’s deputies arrested two individuals Sunday March 10, for theft from property located on Hwy 3059 Iowa.

Deputies were alerted by an off duty Calcasieu Deputy that there were two males loading things into a truck.  When Jeff Davis patrol deputies arrived they were told by one of the individuals that he picked up scrap metal and had permission from the owner. 

Deputies had already contacted the land owner and he advised no one had permission to be on the property or to take anything.  Quentin Elby Guillory, 28, of 2015 7th street, Lake Charles and Santanna Ranelle Durgan, 32, of 1016 Maple street, Mamou, LA were placed under arrest for theft. Durgan and Guillory were transported to the parish jail and booked with no bond.
