Jeff Davis Parish Sheriff’s office arrested two individuals wanted by Beauregard authorities for Simple Burglary and theft.

William Ray Oquinn, 45, of 17215 Emery ln, Kinder and Kayla Nicole Barbery, 31, 0f 1860 Arsene road, Lake Charles were arrested on outstanding warrants for theft and simple burglary. 

Deputies recovered some stolen items, including an Honda ATV, archery equipment, Xbox, televisions,  and tools from the residence at 17215 Emery lane, Kinder, LA.

Deputies are working with Beauregard Sheriff’s office and Allen Parish Sheriff’s office on identifying stolen items believed to be connected to Oquinn and Barbery. Additional charges are expected on both Oquinn and Barbery.
