Patrol deputies made a traffic stop Wednesday evening around 8:00 pm at Racca Road and Lake Arthur Avenue in Jennings. A consent to search was obtained from the driver and the search revealed Schedule II narcotics Amphetamine and Dextroamphetamine. 

Kristy Renee Deshotel, 36, of 714 Nemento Avenue, Lake Arthur, LA was charged with Improper lane usage, Possession of CDS II and Possession of CDS IV. Deshotel is held in the parish jail on a $10,000 bond.
