   On August 4, 2013, Jefferson Davis Parish Deputy Lafleur observed a brown in color Cadillac SRX traveling west bound on I-10 at a high speed.  Deputy Lafleur recorded speed of vehicle by Radar at 104 mph.  He activated  emergency lights and siren and began to pursue the vehicle.  The vehicle suddenly swerved from inside lane to right and drove across the right lane nearly leaving the roadway as it was exiting I-10.  The vehicle continued down the west bound exit at a high rate of speed, running the stop sign at the exit and turning south onto Hwy 26. The vehicle continued at a high rate of speed and turned partially crossing the raised center median. The vehicle entered the East bound entrance ramp at a high rate of speed and then suddenly stopped.  The driver, Renee Terese Warren, W/F, 39, of 523 St. Louis Street, Lafayette, La. was placed under arrest.  While searching the vehicle, deputies located a pill bottle containing a green leafy substance identified as marijuana, 2 packs of zig zag rolling papers, and a partially burnt marijuana cigarette.  Once arrested and placed in the rear of the patrol unit, Warren kicked the rear passenger window glass out of the door frame. Warren was charged with Speeding 104/70 , Aggravated Flight , Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Criminal Damage to Property.
